About
Our teams play in the Timbers/Thorns League out of Oregon and the WPL (Washington Premier League). Most games are within an hour's drive from Longview but some games can be as far as 4 hours away. Select soccer requires more commitment than recreational soccer due to the fact teams play summer tournaments, fall season, and one other season (either winter indoor or spring outdoor). Most teams practice 2 times per week and during the season, teams have 1-2 games per weekend.
Mission
To provide an opportunity for players to experience a more competitive level of play than recreational soccer. Select players are coached in technique and tactics to increase their level of play. We welcome ALL players that want to take their game to the next level.
Vision
To create a community of soccer players who can grow, develop, and encourage one another. Timber Barons strive to develop fundamental and advanced skills of all it's players while teaching them about the importance of teamwork and love for the game of Soccer.
